Mirela Tahiraj, Project Coordinator

Mirela is a sociologist, graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences, Tirana University. She has also completed Masters in European Studies. She started working at AFCR in 2006 and has completed several training courses on conflict management communication, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation, conducted by national and international experts. From 2008 to present she has been involved as project coordinator of projects focused on mediation, RJ and peer mediation. She has also been part of the AFCR team in conducting surveys and researches in the area of conflict management, religious harmony, ethics on the media, etc.    
Mirela is a licensed mediator by National Commission for Accreditation of Mediators, Ministry of Justice. Prior to working with AFCR, she worked as school psychologist in Durres.
