Roundtable “On the experience of co-operation between the Probation Service and the Mediation Service - achievements, challenges and ways forward”

The OSCE Presence in Albania, in co-operation with the General Directorate of the Probation Service, UNICEF and the Albanian Foundation for Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation of  Disputes (AFCR) organized a roundtable on the implementation of the case referral mechanism from the Probation Service to the mediation service and restorative practices.
 
The event was attended by justice system experts, probation officers, mediators, and others.
 
The roundtable aimed at introducing the programme’s goals, methodology and some of the achievements, findings, challenges and ways forward.
